Housekeeping:

Complimentary housekeeping is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
Additional cleans can be arranged at any time via the guest app.

Smoking:

For the comfort and safety of all guests, all apartments and communal areas are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, snuff, and chewing tobacco. Smoking is not permitted at entrances or exits.
Breaches may result in charges of up to £250, deducted from the authorised card or damage deposit.
Candles, incense, and any naked flames are strictly prohibited inside apartments.

How does check-in work at Hotwells?
Check-in is fully self-service and completed before arrival.
Before your stay, you will complete a short online check-in. Once completed, your access details will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
There is no need to visit a reception, you can go straight to the apartment and arrive at any time, including late at night.
How does payment work for Hotwells serviced apartments?
