Check-In & Access

• Check-in: From 3:00 pm
• Check-out: By 10:00 am
  
  All apartments offer secure, contactless self-check-in via digital access or lockbox.

Flexible Arrival & Departure:

• • Early check-in (from 1:00 pm): £20 for third-party bookings. Complimentary for guests who book directly on www.yourapartment.com.
  • Late check-out (until 12:00 noon): £20 for third-party bookings. Complimentary for guests who book directly on www.yourapartment.com.
  • Requests must be 24 hours prior to check-in/out.

Minimum age requirement:

• All 2 bed, 3 bed apartments have a minimum age requirement of 28.
• No refunds will be given to guests who book and are under the minimum age limit. Guests can not change the main booker once the booking has been made in order to comply with the age restriction.
  In the above circumstances we are in our right to cancel the booking.

Housekeeping:

• Complimentary housekeeping is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
• Additional cleans can be arranged at any time via the guest app.

Bed Upgrades:

• Alternative bed configurations (such as sofa beds, twin-to-king, or twin-to-super king setups) are available in selected properties and are specified on each apartment listing. Requests for these arrangements must be made at least 36 hours prior to arrival to ensure they can be accommodated.

Pets:

• There is a cleaning fee of £40 per pet, per stay with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
• Guests damage deposit is also increased from our standard deposit, which is refunded upon checkout if no damage is reported or attributed to the pet.
• The deposit required for studio apartments is: £150
• Dogs must be 60 pounds in weight or under. Please ensure blankets or sheets are places over sofa cushions to avoid being charged for scratch marks on cushions.

Smoking:

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, all apartments and communal areas are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, snuff, and chewing tobacco. Smoking is not permitted at entrances or exits.
• Breaches may result in charges of up to £250, deducted from the authorised card or damage deposit.
• Candles, incense, and any naked flames are strictly prohibited inside apartments.

Payment & Pre-Authorisation:

• Full payment for your stay is taken 24 hours prior to arrival.
  
  A temporary pre-authorisation is held on the card used for booking for the duration of your stay as a standard security measure. This is not a charge and will be released following departure, subject to inspection and provided no issues are identified.
• Two-Bedroom Apartment: £300

Cancellations:

• Direct bookings via www.yourapartment.com. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
• Third-party bookings (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia etc): Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Support & Communication:

• Once booked, you’ll have access to our guest app for messaging, housekeeping requests, and stay information.

• To protect our homes and neighbouring residents, bookings from guests living in the same city may be subject to additional checks. Local stays are welcomed for genuine reasons such as business, insurance, or relocation, and we may request further details prior to confirming the booking.
